SHWire presented together with SynFlex its range of services at the Coiltech in Augsburg that took place on 20 and 21 March. Highlight of the presentation was the unveiling of the enamelled wire innovation SHXLife. This high-performance enamelled copper wire for 800V+ applications for electric mobility enables designers to allow partial discharges in the motor design and was met with great interest by the expert audience.

With 509 exhibitors from 45 countries, the trade fair has already become established among manufacturers of electric motors, generators, transformers and large transformers in Germany and is now the meeting place for the electrical industry.

Another highlight was the successful customer evening at the Riegele brewery on the first day of the trade fair. Continued tradition ever since CWIEME in Berlin, the evening provided an ideal opportunity for relaxed discussions away from the hustle and bustle of the trade fair, accompanied by traditional Cuban cigars, fruit brandy tastings and red-hot iron treated beer.

To summarize, the trade fair was a complete success. Planning for next year is already underway: Coiltech Augsburg will take place from 9 to 10 April 2025.
